At Digital Herons, we aim to deliver high-quality Amazon marketing services that help brands grow profitably. Since our work involves time, expertise, strategy, and platform-based execution, we follow a transparent and fair refund policy.

1. Service-Based Refunds

Because all our services (Amazon PPC Management, Listing Optimization, Brand Store Creation, Graphic Content, GST/Trademark Services, etc.) require dedicated time and resources, we do not offer refunds once the project has started.

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The project has not started yet.

  • The service fee has been paid in advance and the scope of work has not been initiated.

  • Duplicate or accidental payments (100% refundable).

2. No Refund Conditions

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The client delays or fails to provide required inputs, documents, or approvals.

  • Platform-related issues occur on Amazon (account suspensions, Amazon backend errors, listing suppressions).

  • Results differ due to market fluctuations, competition, or algorithm changes.

  • The client discontinues the service voluntarily after work has already begun.

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
