• Product Photo/Video Services
  
  
• GST/Trademark Services
  
  
• Amazon Account Management
  
  

Service details will be defined in the project proposal or contract shared with the client.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide:

• Accurate business information
  
  
• Timely approvals and required credentials
  
  
• Amazon Seller Central access (where needed)
  
  
• Product details and creatives (if not availed from us)
  
  

Delays from the client side may impact timelines and performance.

3. Payments

• Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
  
  
• GST and third-party fees (Amazon ads spend, GST filing fees, Amazon charges) are separate.
  
  
• No refunds will be provided once service work has started.
  
  

4. Performance Disclaimer

Digital Herons does not guarantee:

• Specific sales numbers
  
  
• ACOS targets
  
  
• Ranking positions
  Results vary based on competition, pricing, inventory, ads budget, and Amazon algorithm updates.
  
  

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, documents, and strategies created by us remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

6. Account Access

Clients must not share the agency’s logins or strategies with third parties without approval.
We are not responsible for issues caused by unauthorized access.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service with a 15-day notice.
Payments for completed work will not be refunded.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Amazon suspensions, listing suppressions, or Amazon system errors
  
  
• Losses due to sudden market changes or inventory issues
  
  
• Any indirect, incidental, or business losses
  
  

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
